Below, a stall test with 777 Boeing:

Above, a Boeing 777 stall test. In this test, factory test pilots perform all combinations of minimum speeds and situations to assemble the speed chart that will serve as the maneuver envelope for the commercial pilots´ operating procedures manual. The test is performed at high altitude, keeping the airspeed at minimum. The nose dips, the airspeed increases again, and lift is regained, leveling off. If the stall occurs at low altitude, lift cannot be achieved before impact with the ground. This is the situation in the US on November 3rd. The people´s brains are at a very low altitude, and the economy is stalled. It will take time to improve. If the Democrats return to power with a majority in the Legislature, a potential scenario, there will be an impact with the ground: freedoms will be restricted again, re-entering the cycle of dictatorship of the Biden era, in which corrupt members of the Democratic Party established a dictatorship in the US, becoming vassals of the Chinese dictatorship. This will be the end of the United States of America and the extinction of planetary civilization. The part of the country that does not want to be subjugated by a dictatorship like those in the rest of the world will have to arm itself and secede, forming a separate country. And someone will need to govern this new free country: Donald Trump. The wounds seen in American society are the same as those seen in already consolidated dictatorships, such as those of Maduro in Venezuela, Lula in Brazil, Xi in China, Putin in Russia, Dias Canel in Cuba, Khamenei in Iran, or Kim in North Korea. But these wounds are not at an embryonic level; they are already widely disseminated. And in this election, the country will capitulate if the Republican Party does not win a majority in both Houses. It´s a low-altitude stall, caused by the empty brain of the voter, occupied only with personal squabbles while organized crime seizes control of the State, rigging it at all levels of power, which can only be reversed through arms, in a civil war, a situation that is now irreversible in the vast majority of the rest of the world because the people are disarmed precisely by dictatorships, under the disingenuous pretext of solving public security problems.

A federal judge this past week overturned New York state´s ban on the sale and purchase of body armor, saying it violated the Constitution´s Second Amendment.

In a 47-page ruling on Oct. 21, U.S. District Judge John Sinatra wrote that body armor is encompassed under the Second Amendment´s right for citizens to bear arms. He also wrote that under two gun-related Supreme Court rulings in 2008 and 2022, the understanding of what "arms" meant at the time of the founding of the United States would include protective armor.

The state´s "body armor ban violates the plain text of the Second Amendment and the Nation´s historical traditions have not permitted such a curtailment of the right to keep and bear arms," the judge wrote, adding that the "restriction categorically violates the right of individuals to keep and bear arms for self-defense."

Sinatra cited the Supreme Court´s 2022 New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen ruling that established the legal test on firearms, which is that "the government must demonstrate that the regulation is consistent with this Nation´s historical tradition of firearm regulation."

He wrote that defensive armor would likely be understood as "an `arm´ protected by the plain text of the Second Amendment during the time of the founding of the United States

"As such, regulation in this area is permissible only if the state demonstrates that the new enactment is consistent with the nation´s historical tradition of sufficiently analogous regulations," Sinatra added. "New York fails that test."

At issue is a New York law that bans the sale and purchase of body armor as a class A misdemeanor for a first offense and a class E felony for any offense thereafter.

The ban was signed into law by New York Gov. Kathy Hochul in 2022 as part of a larger gun-control package after a man shot and killed 10 people at a Buffalo supermarket. The shooter was wearing body armor at the time of the incident, lawmakers said at the time.

"Gun violence is an epidemic that is tearing our country apart. Thoughts and prayers won´t fix this, but taking strong action will," Hochul, a Democrat, said at the time of her signing of the measure, which also includes barring sales of semi-automatic weapons to people under 21. She said that this and other restrictions "will save lives."

Sinatra did not rule on those measures - only the body armor ban.

New York Attorney General Letitia James, New York State Police Superintendent Steven G. James, Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley, and acting District Attorney for New York´s Erie County Michael J. Keane were named as defendants in the lawsuit, which was brought by the Firearms Policy Coalition and two individuals in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.

The pro-firearms group hailed the judge´s order in Heeter v. James as a victory, writing that the law effectively "made it a crime for peaceable people to buy body armor" that is designed to "save lives."

"Not satisfied with banning guns, they tried to ban the means of surviving criminal gunfire, too," the group said in a statement last week.

Sinatra´s ruling allows for a 14-day stay in his order to allow the state to appeal his decision.

THERE ARE 3 DAYS LEFT UNTIL THE END OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND THERE´S NOTHING MORE DONALD TRUMP CAN DO ABOUT IT

Next Tuesday, November 3, 2026, we will have the midterm elections (in the Legislature) in the USA. There is potential for Donald Trump to lose the majority he holds in the House of Representatives and the Senate. In that case, the Democratic Party, currently made up mostly of a bunch of corrupt fascists disguised as socialists, will have a majority in the Legislature, being able to block Donald Trump´s initiatives or even cancel some of them. This will mean the return of the corrupt, fascist, oligarchic, dictatorial organized crime disguised as socialism to the control of power, organized crime that serves the Chinese dictatorship. In that case, the USA will become a Chinese colony, just as Ukraine was a Russian colony before Zelensky was elected.

As is the case all over the planet, in an analogy, we have: the left-wing politicians of the 20th century (now elderly) are like women fighting against men. The men, in this analogy, are the right-wing capitalist liberals, who may be accompanied by corrupt far-right fascist oligarchs. The left-wing politicians of the 20th century came to power. What did they do upon reaching power through elections or revolution? They became corrupt and abandoned their revolutionary banners, forgetting the people. They underwent sex reassignment surgery, removing their breasts, removing their vaginas, and replacing them with a penis. They became far-right fascists, a new corrupt billionaire oligarchy, new kings. Before, they were women. After the sex reassignment surgery, they became men. But they remain women, because their DNA did not change. They are women in men´s bodies. But that´s not all. When they are naked, within the four walls of the backstage of power (at the mouth of the public money coffers), they show their breastless chests and penises. For the voter, they put on padding imitating breasts under their clothes, twist their penis inside their underwear, and wear skirts or dresses, presenting themselves as women. They still have female DNA, but in male bodies and wearing dresses. For the voter, they present themselves as women. Behind the scenes of power, they act like men and present themselves as men, uniting with men. And these women in male bodies and wearing dresses accuse honest and democratic people of being men, accuse these people of being far-right fascists, when in fact they are the far-right fascists (new ones, who have just come to power). This is the current Democratic Party: women who have had sex reassignment surgery to have male bodies, but who continue to wear dresses to deceive the voter. They are corrupt billionaires interested in power and money, promising crumbs to voters, who are deceived.

Donald Trump is not perfect, he makes mistakes, but he acted in the interest of the American people in general, trying to find ways to reindustrialize the country and thus revitalize the economy, he acted trying to find ways to protect citizens against terrorist threats, and he acted by taking effective measures to guarantee freedom and democracy, blocking dictatorial censorship on the internet.

The electoral cattle, the people, always vote thinking about the economy, about their own self-interest. Greater and more fundamental interests like freedom and democracy are not what guides their votes.

There is a general underlying scenario that has persisted for the last few decades, and whose variables have been developing exponentially: that is the structural technological unemployment, with the degradation of living standards. It is a natural consequence of the capitalist system, something unplanned, something inherent to technological progress. The debate about what the solution will be for the social exclusion generated by this situation has been open for a long time and will continue to be increasingly so. Therein lies the (theoretical) clash between the ideology of the Left (labor) and the ideology of the Right (capital). The (practical) clash occurs between the political forces representing each ideology, and this (practical) clash has taken place throughout history initially in a violent way, with the communist revolution on one side (in communism everything is taken from everyone and profit is prohibited, with all people having equal incomes, which is a utopia that has in its initial logic the idea that - in remote times and rudimentary life - it would be fair to take everything from the king and divide it equally among everyone, but which in current technological times does not work, as there is no way to have equal incomes for different types of work) and on the other side a reaction from the king or the oligarchs who succeeded them in the republics (as the king took everything, it would be fair to take everything from the king as well, but the problem is that many properties in the kingdoms over time were acquired with legitimate work, by initiative, by entrepreneurship, making it unfair to take the properties acquired with work).

From this initially violent (practical) clash between revolutionaries and reactionaries emerged FASCISM. The term "fascism" comes from the Latin "fascis," meaning bundle. A single twig is easy to break, but several twigs forming a trunk (a bundle, "fascis") become more difficult to break. The reactionary fascist trunk, formed to combat the communist revolution, was created by uniting industrialists, merchants, farmers, military personnel, politicians, high-ranking state officials, and the press, who emerged in the kingdoms in the more recent centuries, the 18th and 19th. After independence, this trunk, which covertly formed in the USA, guaranteed economic progress for all, diluting the economic problems of social exclusion that constituted the communist revolutionary banners already in vogue in the 18th century (the fight against slavery, the fight against inhumane capitalist exploitation, the fight against owners of large lands inherited from imperial times).

Progress reached everyone, diminishing interest in a communist revolution. But in the Third World, with its underdeveloped economies and enormous social exclusion, communist revolutionary ideals remained latent and were fostered by the Soviet Union (USSR), the country where, in 1917, the first successful, bloody communist revolution in history erupted, overthrowing the kingdom. This was the communist armed struggle, which advocated seizing power by force, using terrorism as a tool in an asymmetrical war of guerrillas against armies. To contain this, the fascist regime (note: the future was controlled by the wealthy elite, and only they could truly control anything, as they possessed knowledge; the rest of the population was illiterate; in some places this elite was an involuntary, unconscious gathering of like-minded people, and in others it was a conscious, voluntary gathering of truly organized people) established military dictatorships (for example, in Latin America, such as in Brazil, from 1964 to 1985). These military dictatorships (a conscious, organized gathering of people) in Latin America during the 60s, 70s, and 80s were what guaranteed the survival of the State and society, as well as the economy, preventing what we are now seeing, a catastrophe (as Paulo Brossard, former minister of the Brazilian Supreme Court, already said in 2006, the cancer of state corruption would produce a social chaos that no democratic or dictatorial order could manage, and that is what we already have).

But the scientific and technological advancements that began in the 19th century were exponential. However, until the mid-20th century, increasing productivity did not generate overwhelming social exclusion, as technology was still in its infancy, generating only mild, localized impacts on reality. From the end of the 20th century onwards, however, technological advancements made these impacts continuous and progressively turbulent, producing overwhelming and exponentially increasing social exclusion. And this social exclusion, this misery, along with the cyclical economic disasters of the capitalist free market, revived the communist revolutionary banners that had been dying out throughout the mid-20th century. But those "women" we mentioned at the beginning (who failed to carry out the communist revolution in the mid-20th century) then came to power through elections, with moderate and deceitful speeches, with milder proposals for intervention in the economy. Upon coming to power, they joined the ruling fascist faction and became corrupt, enriching themselves and becoming part of that faction, abandoning their revolutionary political ideals. Throughout the 20th century, there was a trend towards the effective democratization of social orders after World War II, with the fascist faction continuing to exist, but its conscious organization becoming diluted, due to the belief that the communist revolution was no longer a threat because of the increased success of capitalism, which in those times of slow technological advancement greatly improved the problem of social inequality.

But then the communist revolutionary leaders came to power through elections. They are the "women" we spoke of at the beginning. However, at that time, the end of the 20th century, progressively faster technological advancements began to produce increasing social exclusion (poverty, misery), and communism once again became a threat, at a time when property had largely been redistributed, reducing the social injustice caused by monarchical privileges. This threat and redistribution varied to varying degrees in each country, depending on the state of the economies, advanced first-world economies and underdeveloped third-world economies. And what happened then, later, in the 21st century, in underdeveloped economies like Brazil, for example? See below:

All revolutionary communist knowledge (organized crime strategies, mass manipulation, lies, espionage, infiltration, murder, deceit, sophistry, corruption, bribery, blackmail, genocide, etc.) began to be used, in conjunction with the old reactionary oligarchic fascist trunk, to stifle the freedoms of the people, preventing a true communist revolution from taking hold. As social exclusion became violent and widespread, the reactionary idea (of the fascist trunk) shifted to the absolute re-monarchization of the social order, in a disguised manner, one of the means currently employed being judicial dictatorship, in which corrupt judges legislate, creating norms and overriding the elected Legislative Power. Another path is that of absolutist monarchical expropriation, disguised as communist expropriation through taxation, with a stupid increase in the tax burden on states, consciously increasing and aggravating a previously unconscious problem of public deficit generated by fiscal irresponsibility, which stems from the politician´s fear of losing votes, something that has been repeated for successive mandates, government after government, in recent decades.

Dictatorships then formed everywhere, with the modern fascist trunk of the 21st century being constituted by the mainstream media, now bankrupt because of the internet, corrupt politicians from the old reactionary far-right fascist oligarchies, corrupt judges, and corrupt left-wing politicians (those "women" we mentioned at the beginning). Large business owners, the liberals who constituted the right wing and capital, ended up enslaved by these dictatorships through tax extortion (by paying bribes to tax officials, they became hostages of the system, being extorted and blackmailed into supporting the dictatorships, as seen with large Brazilian banks, for example, in the 21st century). The great business owners of the 20th century ended up joining the bloc, the fascist trunk formed by old oligarchs (corrupt politicians from the initial clans of the republics) plus the corrupt left-wing politicians (those "women"). Honest politicians (whether right-wing or left-wing) have come to be treated by the dictatorial system as corrupt, as bandits, as fascists, as coup plotters, as far-right, as "ultra-right" (this is the fashionable term now used slanderously by the criminal world media to refer to honest politicians).

The true far-right, the fascist trunk, calls the honest politician "far-right." Going back to the initial analogy, the old men (the original fascist oligarchs) and the "women" (the Left in power, who are women who underwent surgery to have male bodies and then continued to wear skirts or women´s dresses - that is, politicians who were always on the left, but upon reaching power and becoming corrupt turned into men, but to continue looking like women wear skirts) say that the honest politician is a man (that is, a fascist, a far-right radical).
